Yup, tomorrow is the first day that I will count anyway. I have been doing the short form 45 minutes for a few day and also trying to follow a primary series video before that for a bit but, March 16th 2012 will be the first day that I will count.
Hopefully, I can blog everyday and share tips, insights, readings and even my short comings on this journey. I will be tracking my weight and my clothing size, but I will not post until later. Again, this is not really about that so, I will wait to post any sort of results like that.
I do however have some sort of other goals that I will set my sights on but then let go of as this too is not what this year is about. I would love to be able to do the jumps and also go from seated to handstand with out jumping. I would also like the do full lotus in headstand. Inhale the goal, exhale and let go of any outcome. :)
Today I also ordered a cotton yoga rug to go ontop of my wonderful Manduka mat. I am honestly not a big sweater but I do hope to take my practice out to the patio and I figured the rug would help pad the ground as my patio is bricks. I will post pictures later when it gets here.
